To empower our expanding Pixel community, having strong customer support is a top priority. In several support centers that provide post-purchase care, we have increased our same-day repair capacity with 20 service centers in India, of which three are Google Exclusive Service Centres.
7 out of 10 phones are currently repaired on the same day, basically reducing the interruption to our users’ daily lives.
Individuals also have the option of free doorstep pick-up and drop via mail-in service. Users are also able to self-service by requesting repairs and setting up pick-up directly from the website since the Google Store launched.
